With all the stress of today's everyday life, the credit crunch, swine flu, redundancies, greater work load..... everyone seems to be facing a higher level of stress in their lives.
It is, therefore, important to take a little time out for yourself, whether just to chill out for a short while with a good book and/or music, to watch or play your favourite sport, or spend more time with the family.
People faced with talk of redundancies in the workplace are taking on more and more responsibility. The company often makes people redundant only for the remaining staff to take on additional work loads. Research is showing that because of this pressure, many people are failing to take their annual vacation in case it means they may be faced with short time or redundancy on their return.
So... take a little time for yourself.... Perhaps try just one hour's holistic treatment per month to chill out....or just have a half hour chill out relaxation hypnotherapy session....take yourself off to the beach or the countryside away from all the winter weather !!
